Franken freaks out at Minnesota State Fair

Multiple radio stations this morning in Minneapolis/St. Paul were airing stories about another rant involving Al Franken. Franken agreed to do an interview with one of the local radio stations at the state fair yesterday. Franken agreed only if politics wouldn't be brought up. WTF !!! A politican who won't answer questions from the public about politics, makes no sense. Anyways, at some point in the interview, as questions were being taken from the fair goers watching the interview, a political question was asked. At that point, Franken stopped the interview and left the radio booth, somewhat agitated. Another radio station, a conservative one, had a booth nearby and noticed Franken leaving. From the day Franken decided to run for the Senate, this radio statio has been trying to get an interview with Franken, who has used every excuse in the book not to. One of the stations' morning show people, Chris Baker, moved Frankens way and ask if he'd do an interview with them. Franken said that Baker should contact his people and they would arrange something. Bakers response was that he'd been trying for years to get an interview or debate setup, but had been receiving no response. Franken immediately went through the roof and aggresively started moving towards Baker, thankfully Franken's handlers were on the sceen and immediately restrained Franken. People calling in to the shows who said they had seen what happened stated that Franken was a man on a mission who would have most definately struck Baker if he hadn't been restrained by his own people.

Now, I haven't been able to find anything in print locally, but that's no suprise as the media is all left wing here in the DFL'ers state of Minnesota. Therefore, I've listed this as opinion as I can't prove the story with pictures or a news article. This isn't the first time I've heard of this type of behavior by Franken and I've seen a few videos showing his temper as well. Is a servant of the people, who refuses to talk to the people, talk politics and continually goes off the deep end with his constituents truly fit to serve?

Al Franken is new to the "Weiner Roast" that is now popular political sentiment. "Let cook 'em, Darrell".

"They didn't fix every thing in two weeks. We got to throw them out and let's get some new ones in thar."

Giving the vote to everyone may not be such a great idea after all!
